Chic Bathroom Designs is committed to providing our clients with exceptional customer service. We have laid out a list of questions that are commonly asked by our clients. However, if there is something that we have missed please feel free to reach out. We would be more than happy to address any of your needs and help you find clarity.
WILL I BE GUIDED THROUGH THE BATHROOM RENOVATION PROCESS?
Yes. We offer a personalised service to all our clients. You will meet with our team who will be on hand to guide you through each stage of the process ensuring you are consulted every step of the way.
WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS LIKE AT CHIC BATHROOM DESIGNS?
At your in home consultation our builder will conduct a site inspection and we can discuss your ideas and budget to get an understanding of what your ideal room should be. We will work with you to choose the best materials and fixtures & fittings to bring your ideas to life.
A quote will be drawn up and emailed to you within 7 days of your consultation.
Once the quote has been accepted, you will have the option of getting a 3D Render model of your room created. A contract will be drawn up and renovation works can begin.
CAN CHIC BATHROOM DESIGNS HELP US WITH CHOOSING OUR FIXTURES, FITTINGS AND TILES?
Yes we can.
We have a selection of samples and catalogues that we can bring to you for inspiration including but not limited to Reece, Caesarstone, Smartstone,Beaumonts & National Tiles helping to make your shopping experience less stressful. You can also take advantage of one on one colour and/or product consultations with select stores.
Alternatively you can supply your own fixtures and fittings.
DO YOU ORGANISE ALL TRADESPEOPLE?
Yes. We organise all qualified tradespeople to work on the job. Your point of call for all queries relating to your renovation will be your builder meaning less stress for you.
HOW LONG DOES THE RENOVATION PROCESS TAKE?
This depends on the extent of work to be completed and how many rooms are being renovated. Once we have completed the design process, we will be able to inform you on how long the process will take. A start and end date will be outlined in your contract.
Usually, a standard bathroom can take 3 - 4 weeks to complete. Having custom made items and shower screens fitted can add to this time.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
This will depend on the extent of work to be carried out and the fixtures and fittings you would like to use. Once we conduct your consultation, we will have a better idea of what can be done to suit your budget.

WHAT GUARANTEES / WARRANTIES DO YOU PROVIDE?
During the handover, we will provide you with all of the product warranties for your renovation.
We guarantee the waterproofing and structural work for 10 years.
You will also be covered by Domestic Building Insurance. More information on this can be found on the video below, or at the following web address: www.dbi.vmia.vic.gov.au
